Following the Dobbs decision, UNA-NCA hosted a Coffee Chat to discuss the local, national, and international impacts on reproductive justice.
We were joined by a panel of experts including Renee Dopplick an international attorney for Inside Justice and Chair of UNA-NCA's Human Rights Committee; Nabeeha Kazi Hutchins the President and CEO of PAI; and Elizabeth Nash the Interim Associate Director, Principal Policy Associate, State Issues with the Guttmacher Institute’s Public Policy Office in Washington, D.C. The event was moderated by Catey Vera, the Co-Chair of UNA-NCA's Human Rights Committee. This Coffee Chat came together in collaboration with UNA-NCA’s Human Rights Committee, Advocacy Committee, and International Law Committee.
