Cesar Fernandez

Cesar Fernandez is a first year graduate student at The George Washington University pursuing a Master's of Arts in International Affairs with a specialization in Conflict and Conflict Resolution. He is passionate about the ever-changing functions of foreign policy and international relations, especially within international organizations like the United Nations or the WTO. He is efficient and well-organized when it comes to completing tasks and is always open-minded when faced with a challenge.

In the past, Cesar has served as an Operations and Programs Manager for the World Affairs Councils of America, and was part of a research group for the WTO with the School for International Training. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Cesar used to surf professionally through high school and college and also enjoys skateboarding in his free time. He has traveled to more than twenty countries including China, Cambodia, and South Africa. He is also an avid watcher of soccer and strongly supports FC Bayern Munich.
