Laura Blyler
Vice President, Young Professionals

Laura Blyler serves as the Fellowships Alumni Manager at the Social Science Research Council, where she is responsible for developing and implementing engagement strategies to build a network of SSRC's fellowships recipients. Prior to joining SSRC, she was a Program Manager at the American Association of University Women (AAUW). At AAUW, she managed the alumnae network of AAUW's fellowship and grants program. She also coordinated AAUW's global initiatives, developing programs for members and supporting AAUW's representatives to the United Nations. Laura currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Board of Directors for UNA-NCA, and she volunteers with Atlas Corps and the DC Abortion Fund (DCAF).

Vision Statement:
I am honored to be nominated for a second term to serve as Vice President for Young Professionals. If elected to a second term, I plan to work with my colleagues on the Board of Directors to strengthen our membership and fundraising strategies to recruit and retain talented young professionals in UNA-NCA.
