Xavier is originally from the Washington, D.C. area. He served honorably in the United
States Army at 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He is
an educator and counselor. He has served as a mental health clinician, diagnostician,
and a chaplain on treatment teams. He has served in leadership and administrative
capacities in various educational and religious institutions.
Xavier holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Intercultural Ministry from the
University of Valley Forge. He holds the Certificate of Theology and Ministry from
Princeton Theological Seminary. He earned a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling
(licensure track) from Faith International University, and is presently completing the
Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling with a Traumatology cognate
at Liberty University. He achieved Dean’s List and graduated with honors. He was
featured in Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.
Xavier has special training and experience as an alternative dispute resolution mediator,
paralegal, and legal and private investigator. He presently serves, advocates for, and
treats special and underserved populations (including members of the clergy). He is
committed to lobbying and engaging the human and fiscal resources of religious
agencies toward local and global initiatives. He has served several times as a poll
worker for the District of Columbia Board of Elections. He is a lifetime founding member
of the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. He previously served on the UNA-NCA
advocacy committee.
Xavier is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of God of America. He is
also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, National
Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, and Green Cross Academy of
Traumatology.
Xavier is a board certified Christian counselor. He is also a certified victim advocate,
certified addiction and recovery specialist, certified post-traumatic stress disorder
specialist, certified clinical trauma professional, certified sexual addiction specialist, and
certified sexual offender treatment provider.
