Kimberly Weichel is CEO of Peace X Peace, an international women's peacebuilding organization that lifts and multiplies women's voices, strengthens women's capacity to connect across divides, promotes leadership and gender equity, and nurtures our global network of peacebuilders in 120 countries.

Kim is a global development and peacebuilding expert with 30 years' experience directing international projects, conflict resolution, leadership projects, women's initiatives, community development programs, civil society/democracy building initiatives, education programs and media campaigns. She has extensive experience in Russia, South Africa, East Africa, Pacific Rim, Germany, Canada and Australia. She is co-chair of the Peace and Security Committee for UNA-NCA, and has been involved with the UNA in many capacities for years.
