The Critical Challenges of Human Trafficking and Corruption
Join the UNA-NCA International Law Committee for an engaging discussion on the integral role corruption plays in human trafficking and migrant smuggling. The panelists will explore how the international community, governments, financial institutions, and the private sector can scale up coordinated efforts to disrupt the financial flows associated with these criminal industries. They will share their perspectives on how we can end the financial chain supporting these human rights abuses by strengthening transparency and enforcement initiatives to unmask and hold accountable those profiting from and complicit in these exploitative crimes.
