Russia and Human Rights in the United Nations
Join UNA-NCA's Human Rights Committee for Russia and Human Rights in the United Nations. In addition to focusing on the actions and inactions of the UN Human Rights Council in addressing human rights in Russia, there will also be a focus on the impact of Russia on the treatment of human rights by the United Nations – in development of the UN’s Human Rights Council and the UN’s human rights actions and inactions concerning individual countries with a tie to Sustainable Development Goal #16: Peace and Justice. Where: American Jewish Committee (The address in Northwest Washington, DC will be provided upon registration.  Their office is just a few blocks from Farragut North or McPherson Square Metro Stations)
