Mr. Marina Fanning serves as an Executive Vice President of Management Systems International Inc., of Coffey International Ltd. Ms. Fanning has been responsible for the oversight and management of hundreds of past and present projects for a client base which includes U.S. government agencies, international organizations, private sector firms and foreign governments. To date, this has included projects in Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Ms. Fanning serves as the Senior Master Trainer of Trainers for Entrepreneurship Development Program at MSI, which she has designed and implemented in countries around the world. Ms. Fanning has over 30 years of experience as a Senior Trainer specializing in management skills development. She has worked with USAID personnel and projects - both in the US and in the field - for over three decades and thereby augments her skills in management training with an in-depth understanding of USAID's culture, procedures and management from many perspectives. She has trained thousands of entrepreneurs and institutionalized entrepreneurship development and training in host country institutions.
As an Executive Director of the Inter-American Literacy Foundation, Ms. Fanning was responsible for planning, designing and implementing innovative community development and non-formal education projects in 18 countries in Latin America. She is fluent in Spanish, French and Portuguese and provides management training in all of these languages. Ms. Fanning holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from American University.
