Vision Statement:
In a rapidly changing world shaped by technology, geopolitics, and disruption, she believes the most essential leadership skills remain deeply human: the ability to communicate across difference, build trust, think strategically, mobilize communities, and inspire collective action. UNA-NCA – through its intergenerational programming – cultivates a lifelong pipeline of leadership rooted in diplomacy, advocacy, collaboration, and service. By creating meaningful pathways for engagement both locally and globally, UNA-NCA prepares present and future leaders not only to navigate the world as it is—but to help shape the world it is becoming.
