Dr. Iqbal Unus is board chair of The Islamic Seminary of America (TISA), board member of Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and trustee emeritus of Amana Mutual Funds Trust, the leading mutual fund consistent with Islamic principles. He has focused his professional career on the evolving Muslim presence in America, gaining distinctive insight into its growth. During the last 50 years, he has served in senior executive positions at Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT). Dr. Unus holds a Ph.D. from Emory University, Atlanta, GA.
