John Paul Moscarella

John Paul Moscarella is an international clean energy and climate finance executive with over 35 years of experience. He is the Founder of Resilient Earth Capital and the Founder and Managing Director at CoolPact Capital Advisors. At Resilient Earth Capital, he works with a collective of angel investors dedicated to fostering climate action through strategic funding and support. His team leverages climate finance, adaptation and resilience experience, renewable energy and principal investing expertise to drive sustainable growth. At CoolPact Capital, his focus is on high-impact climate tech investments in India, particularly innovative cooling solutions for extreme heat conditions. In addition to these initiatives, he serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Chesapeake Bay Seed Capital Fund, and is involved in a variety of other cleantech and clean energy ventures, including Neighborhood Sun, Pirl Technology, Gybe, Earthshot Labs, Climate First Bank, 9Energia in Brazil and others.
