Lydia Daniels
As a first-generation Sierra Leonean and Jamaican American, Tanishia Bailey is an experienced management consultant specializing in project management and healthcare quality improvement. Currently, Tanishia is a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, where she works to ensure successful data integration and operational integrity through the modernization of healthcare systems. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, she worked as a project manager for Health Services Advisory Group, traveling across the United States auditing health care plans and pharmacies on behalf of the government and accreditation organizations.

Tanishia serves as the co-chair of Community Outreach for Booz Allen’s African American Network, where she creates opportunities for staff to participate in local (DC, Maryland and Virginia) community service projects and organizes fundraisers for local and national non-profit organizations. She also previously served as the President of the Greater Phoenix Urban League Young Professionals and served on various boards and committees in Arizona which included the Phoenix Mayor’s African American Advisory Committee.

Outside of work, Tanishia enjoys domestic and international travel, hiking in the DMV and exploring DC’s many cultural events throughout the year.
