Rachel Moynihan
Rachel Moynihan serves as the Advocacy and Communications Specialist in the Washington Office of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the UN's sexual and reproductive health agency. In her role, Rachel serves as a liaison with the U.S. Administration, Members of Congress, civil servants and key NGO partners. Prior to her work at the UN, Rachel worked at The Glover Park Group (GPG), a leading strategic communications and government affairs firm headquartered in Washington. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University, and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia.
