Ignatia serves as the Global Classroom DC (DCGC) Program Assistant at UNA-NCA. She is a dedicated public health professional currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health with a major in Global Health Policy. Ignatia completed her undergraduate studies at Nusa Cendana University in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, majoring in public health nutrition.
Throughout her career, Ignatia has primarily volunteered to work with communities in Eastern Indonesia, focusing on health promotion, education, communication, and leadership in rural areas. Her volunteer work has been instrumental in motivating youth in rural Indonesia, instilling empowerment, and fostering positive change. Ignatia believes that the global community needs to be aware of peacekeeping, human rights, healthy lifestyles, and sustainable development as we move forward, particularly for youth who are future leaders. She is passionate about enhancing the quality of life in diverse cross-cultural communities.
Ignatia’s long-term career goal is to utilize her expertise in global health policy to improve health outcomes worldwide, while empowering youth to advocate for health equity and societal change. She is committed to motivating youth in her community to pursue better education and empowering women to achieve their dreams and access knowledge. In her free time, Ignatia enjoys watching movies, one of her favorite hobbies. She also volunteers for mentorship programs, sharing her life experiences with scholarship seekers in Indonesia. Ignatia’s dedication to improving community well-being reflects her unwavering commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
