Registration for the 21st Annual GCDC Spring Model UN conference is now open.
The annual Spring Model UN Conference serves as the culminating event of the school year in partnership with the U.S. Department of State and Pan American Health Organization. Keynote speakers at this event have included former U.S. Secretaries of State such as Condoleezza Rice, Hillary Clinton, Rex Tillerson, and Antony Blinken. The Spring Conference is open to all middle and high school students in grades 5 – 12.REGISTER & Pay HERE

Media Release Forms
Signed media release forms for all attending students are due April 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
If any guardian wishes that their child not be photographed, GCDC must receive an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with their full name, school, country assignment, and committee by April 11, 2025.
Position Papers
In order to be eligible for a committee award, delegations must submit one (1) position paper per country (i.e. if three delegates are representing the United States, they will only submit one position paper between the three of them).There will also be an awards for each committee. Position paper requirements and guidelines can be found at the end of each background guide.

Student Secretary General Application (updated):
The Student Secretary General has the opportunity to address delegates in opening ceremonies and have their work published on UNA-NCA Snapshots. Students interested in serving as the Secretary General for the conference are encouraged to apply. The SG will oversee the administrative functions of the conference with GCDC staff.Eligibility
Students of schools registered for the Spring 2025 Conference.
Middle or high school students that have at least one year of Model UN experience.
Application
To apply, please submit the following items:
(i) 5 minute video answering two questions:
- What will you bring to the conference as Secretary-General?
- What does Model UN mean to you?
(iii) List of out past MUN Experiences in the email or send a resume reflecting the same.
